Emin Çelik is an attorney with over 8 years of experience in technology and law. Throughout his career, he has advised leading Turkish institutions - including the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), Turkcell, and the defense industry - on IT law, data protection (KVKK & GDPR), and cybersecurity.
Emin completed his undergraduate studies at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law, holds an LL.M in Information Technology and Technology Law from Istanbul Bilgi University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Hacettepe University.
